Jack Fowler started playing football from the tender age of four where he quickly showed heaps of potential on the pitch – he started playing at a semi-professional level for teams such as Ware FC, Grays Athletic Football Club, Bishop’s Stortford Football Club, and Harlow Town Football Club.
During Jack’s time working as a Personal Trainer at David Lloyd Clubs – Europe’s Premier Racquets & Fitness Provider in 2016, he was scouted to audition for a television commercial by Webbe Industries Management, and after modelling in a number of different advertising campaigns, Jack joined the cast of ITV's Love Island during the fourth series in 2018.
After leaving the villa, Jack very quickly rose to popularity and has since featured in the press regularly, worked for brands such as Ministry of Sound, JD Sports, Boohooman, Lord Timepieces and appeared on Channel 4’s The Big Narstie Show, ITV2’s Don’t Hate The Playaz and E4’s Celebs Go Dating to name a few.
In 2020 Jack teamed up with songwriter David King, whose credits include a #1 album in the UK and #1 in seven countries, releasing his first independent single ‘Back to Yours’, taken from his EP RUDE to be in late 2020.

Meet Joanna Chimonides, who was the first female to join our Webbe Industries family.
Joanna was born in 1996, growing up in London with her mum, dad, two brothers and one sister – family was a big part of her upbringing having very close relationships with each and every member of her family. You could say that is the Greek-Cypriot in her – family and food being two of her favourite things.
After successfully completing her school education and an undergraduate Psychology BSc degree in Leicester, Joanna experienced her taste of the modelling industry by working with small brands in their advertising campaigns. Joanna's career stepped up to the next level when she joined our Webbe Industries family and the summer cast of Love Island 2019.
Since then, Joanna has been a regular feature in the press, has presented on radio and television, launched her own fast-growing YouTube channel, and modelled for brands including: Pandora, Nike, JD Sports, Missguided, Daniel Wellington, Boohoo, Iconic, Rebellious Fashion, Shein, Protein World, LASULA, Missy Empire, Boux Avenue, SIMMI, Public Desire, Easilocks, Tanologist, Voduz Hair, Coco & Eve and Quiz.

Tom McDonnell grew up in Woodford Green, Essex, to parents Kim and Jim, joining older brother Jay as the last addition to their family.
Spending most of his childhood in either Essex or North London with his grandparents, Tom quickly showed his strength on the pitch as he started playing at five years old moving into his teenage years he explored his potential, training with Tottenham Hotspur for 18 months followed by playing in America for three months for Chivas Florida and non-league for Northwood FC – Tom’s love of football continued even when he wasn’t playing by coaching for arsenal in the community and spending a month travelling Greece coaching kids from 4 – 16 years old. Oh, and did we mention that he’s a massive Arsenal supporter?
It’s safe to say that fitness is in Tom’s blood having spent most of his life in a boxing gym looking up to his dad, Jim McDonnell, former European Champion Professional Boxer turned Boxing Coach. Exposure to training fighters such as Danny Williams who beat Mike Tyson and James DeGale who was the first British fighter to win an Olympic gold medal and world title, Tom’s competitive and athletic nature truly came to light.
Eventually Tom became a fully qualified Personal Trainer and has recently joined the cast of ITVBe’s The Only Way Is Essex with his best friend, Harry Lee.
