Managing Director/Owner
Introducing our amazing Managing Director and Owner, Bea Sarica.
Bea’s life began in East London, where she was born into a Turkish-Cypriot household and spent her early years surrounded by family, one thing that has remained a staple in her life to date. Growing up she developed an interest in Theatre and Dance which led her to graduate in BA Honours Theatre and Dance Studies.
After graduating, Bea started out as a dancer in music videos, commercials, feature films and theatrical shows before qualifying as a teacher, teaching Drama in secondary education for 15 years.
During her time as a teacher, Bea continued to take part in casting young people for film and television production which included producing short films with young people on issues such as bullying, sex, peer pressure and abuse in young people.
After leaving teaching in 2017, a casting agent career was calling, where Bea built up contacts and experience in the entertainment industry. This is where Webbe Industries Management came to life with her now brother-in-law, Simon. Even to this day, Bea believes strongly in giving back, which makes what Webbe Industries offer, truly special.
Talent Director
Meet Ayshen, our amazing Creative Director and Essex-based Lifestyle Blogger.
Before official launching her blog Ayshen Official, Ayshen’s life has gone on one hell of a journey from being part of girl group Fe-nix, launching her own fashion collection, Amosh, and training to become a professional Make-up Artist. Ayshen Official explores all-things 'Ayshen' from her love for Fashion, Style, Fitness and Travelling, through to the most important things to her like home-life with her husband, Simon, and her close relationships with her Turkish family.
Her upbringing had its challenges but you can tackle any hurdle with a fun and loving family around you, and that’s what Ayshen had. Growing up was full of creativity, so it was only natural for her to fall in love with Music and Fashion at a young age.
Fast forward to today and key pieces from Ayshen’s enviable wardrobe have graced the pages of Hello Magazine, OK! Magazine and Daily Mail – to name just a few!
Ayshen’s favourite thing about being part of Webbe Industries is the fact that she gets to work alongside her husband Simon Webbe, and her lovely sister, Bea Sarica, every single day.
Senior Talent Manager
Say hello to our Senior Talent Manager, Leanne. Growing up in the Midlands with three older brothers, you would be surprised to hear that shy was her middle name until she reached her teens and discovered her love for Acting. Her theatre background was the making of her, helping her build confidence that no other academic subject had been able to do.
When University called, Leanne packed up her suitcase and embarked on her journey to study Acting – after three years of perfecting her craft, and training in disciplines including Devised Theatre, Screen and Radio, and even Stage Combat, the city lights were calling. Yes, you heard it here…she’s trained with a Sword and Dagger so don’t mess!
Although Acting was her passion at the time, an opportunity arose that she just couldn’t refuse (especially when you’re paying rent and bills in London!) And, six months later Leanne started her career in Advertising for BBC Worldwide and managing large-budget television advertising campaigns on channels such as BBC World News and digital placements including Doctorwho.tv.
Within her first eight months in the business as a young, new-to-the city, 21-year-old, she was quickly recognised for her work ethic, winning a BBC award, and securing opportunities that most would dream of. It was during Leanne’s time at the BBC and other subsequent roles that she discovered her passion for social media and ventured into a successful marketing career heading up the social media and content department in an award-winning marketing agency.
Leanne joined our Webbe Industries Family in 2018, managing our social media profiles and supporting senior management with any task thrown in her direction. Over time, she has proven herself to be a highly capable Talent Manager – securing and fulfilling both small and large-scale brand collaborations with her heart in everything she does. Fast-forward to 2022, and we’re excited for what the future holds as Leanne joins us as a Senior Talent Manager.
PR Manager
Introducing our PR Manager, Natasha. Natasha is our East London turned Essex girl with brains and beauty, having completed her university degree in Events while grafting in the city full time and studying Performing Arts. She was a certified Project Manager by the age of 21, which was in the youngest in the industry at the time.
With accolades spanning across industries and continents, our PR guru is also a highly published celebrity photographer, with her work having featured in all national newspapers, magazines and an array of publications including front covers in Europe, USA & Australia.
While Natasha was planning to open her studio, she fell pregnant with her first son, Henry. It’s safe to say that Henry became her trusted shoot assistant, being in the studio with her from just a baby up until her second son, Albie, was born.
Natasha has built an impressive PR portfolio working for a variety of celebrities, brands, and events. Outside of work, her hobbies include art and cooking. A fun fact about Natasha is that she’s had three surnames but has only been married once. The only exception to this is that arguably, some may say she’s also married to her two Shar Pei furry friends, Woody Buzz Lightyear Worby and Bo (we’re sure you can guess who might have named them!)
Natasha loves that the whole team here at Webbe Industries are dedicated to our clients and that everyone is treated like family. Not forgetting the fact that we’re all creatives with a splash of corporate spreadsheet love thrown in.
